At Fox Chevrolet Cadillac in Fredericton, we believe that mechanical skills can be taught, but a warm, genuine personality can’t. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly personable Service Advisor to be the welcoming face of our service department.

If you have outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service, no previous automotive experience is required! We will gladly train you on the technical side of the job—we just need you to bring the energy and the care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the Welcoming Face: Greet our guests promptly and warmly as they arrive, making them feel comfortable and valued right away.
  • Listen and Understand: Take the time to listen carefully to customer concerns, asking friendly questions to accurately capture what their vehicle needs.
  • Translate with Ease: Act as the liaison between our guests and our skilled technicians—explaining maintenance recommendations and repair options in clear, simple terms (no confusing jargon!).
  • Keep Guests in the Loop: Provide clear estimates, follow up with friendly updates while their vehicle is in the shop, and walk them through their final invoice when it's time to head home.
  • Deliver Peace of Mind: Ensure every guest drives away feeling heard, respected, and completely satisfied with their experience.

  • Exceptional People Skills: An incredibly friendly, empathetic, and outgoing personality. You love interacting with people and naturally build rapport and trust.
  • A Willingness to Learn: You don't need to know what's under the hood yet! You just need a curious mind and an eagerness to learn the ropes of the automotive world.

  • Great Organization: Strong communication skills and an eye for detail when writing up service requests.
  • Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
