First time buying a vehicle at Fox Chevrolet and I wish I could give them 10 stars. Eddie Watling was amazing. Got me exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to push for more. Extremely professional and personable. Can’t recommend him enough. Took the time to ensure I was well versed on the vehicles features as it has a lot more tech than my previous truck. Took the wife and I to meet the people in the service department and booked our first service. Mike MacElwain made the financing as painless as possible when buying a truck. Even sorted out getting my Veteran Plate transferred. I have heard good things about this dealership, but actually experiencing that level of service was something. Amazing team all around, from the receptionist, to sales and financing, service and even the canteen looked great.
We had Curtis Pond as our salesman and Jon Brown did the paperwork. Both were very helpful and answered all our questions. I would recommend this duo for anyone who is buying a new car. We got a Chevrolet Bolt EV and it's fun to drive past all the gas stations!!

Initially I would take my GMC truck to the dealer I bought it at which is literally 3 minutes away. However, I am glad I decided to change dealers for all future service work. The Fox Chevy dealer has it figured out. They offer an impeccably clean seating/waiting area, they offer a cafe that serves highly praised food at 1995 prices!, the restrooms resemble that of a respectable hotel conference centre and the staff are super friendly and have a great sense of humour. FOX Chevrolet please note Meg’s customer approach is what some dealers are missing.
The job was done exactly when they said it would be, and I was able to get a shuttle provided during my trucks service.
I would recommend this Cheverolet dealer over the other one (GMC) in Fredericton hands down.
