Maintaining extensive contact with customers, providing estimates on service and repairs before jobs are begun, explaining the appointments/scheduling systems to customers, and establishing with customers the method of payment for repairs (cash, warranty, etc.).

Constantly communicates with Technicians to obtain information on needed vehicle repairs. Ensuring to contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised

Advises customers on the care or their vehicle and the value of maintaining their vehicles

Scheduling service appointments

Recommending additional maintenance and repair services to customers when appropriate.

Helping find solutions to customer inquiries and complaints

Handling phone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and returning phone messages promptly
