We had a break down on the way through Fredericton on our trip. This Dealership took us in and we're able to get us back on the road in good time! Shout out to Trevor or service advisor for the great services.
Initially I would take my GMC truck to the dealer I bought it at which is literally 3 minutes away. However, I am glad I decided to change dealers for all future service work. The Fox Chevy dealer has it figured out. They offer an impeccably clean seating/waiting area, they offer a cafe that serves highly praised food at 1995 prices!, the restrooms resemble that of a respectable hotel conference centre and the staff are super friendly and have a great sense of humour. FOX Chevrolet please note Meg’s customer approach is what some dealers are missing.
The job was done exactly when they said it would be, and I was able to get a shuttle provided during my trucks service.
I would recommend this Cheverolet dealer over the other one (GMC) in Fredericton hands down.
